Job Description
FCS, Inc. seeks experienced carpenters for its FCS Restoration division. Every project is an interesting challenge.
FCS, Inc. is a Danville, Virginia, based private business that treats both customers and employees with respect and courtesy. FCS. Inc. has two other divisions in addition to FCS Restoration. Taken together, FCS, Inc., which is highly growth oriented, features company wide advancement opportunities for those who perform at a high level.
FCS Restoration helps those that have suffered some type of catastrophic property loss. We restore and return properties back to or as close to the original condition as possible. We take on the stress of restoring a property and return it to the policy holder expeditiously within a reasonable timeline. This returns them home faster, which is a primary customer service goal for the company.
Carpenters are a key part of our restoration teams. They handle initial damage assessment, install temporary support/bracing, provide input on a restoration plan, execute the plan, and generally support the restoration plan for each project. While rare, FCS Restoration carpenters may also be asked to support carpentry needs in other divisions.
Project damage may include, but is not limited to, fire, smoke, water, mold, biohazard, and storm damage. Anything that can cause structural damage will need to be professionally addressed by FCS Restoration carpenters.
FCS Restoration also provides additions and remodeling services for homeowners as a secondary goal.
FCS, Inc. provides well paying positions based on experience and skill sets. The company invests in training and certifications for its employees, which allows them to offer more as an employee and advance both personally and professionally.
